7. ExcelPlas seeking installation partners for GeoSeamTracker™ – tracking and recording RFID tags for geomembrane welds/seams
The tracking tags which are permanently inserted into the air channel of each geomembrane seam can be encoded with the history of the seam.The system allows installers and facility owners to retrieve full details relating to the MQA of the liner and the CQA of the seams as well as condition assessment information over the lifetime of the liner.A handheld reader similar to a metal detector can be used to identify the location and history of each geomembrane seams (even when buried) by walking around the perimeter of the lined installation.
