Despite corona, sales have grown by 20 percent since 2018 to 312 million euros. Of the approximately 1400 employees, 85 work in Hengelo. The future looks, according to CFO Frank Spaan van Kon. TenCate is doing well for the sold subsidiary due to expected high investments in infrastructure, water management and coastal protection in view of climate change.
