Jaylon Delivers Two Major Geosynthetic Lining Projects with Bituminous Geomembrane
The Kogan Creek IPAC 1 supply and installation project was completed in May 2019 by Jaylon in conjunction with their client BMD Constructions, the successful project consisted of 110,000 m2 of Solmax 1.5mm white LLDPE Geomembrane and 12,000m2 of Coletanche ES4 material from Axter International.

The Citic Pacific Mining Tailings Dam Embankment Raise was completed in January 2019 by Jaylon in conjunction with their client BGC Contracting. This challenging project utilised specialist Coletanche deployment equipment for safe deployment on steep slopes (1V : 1.3H). The works consisted of 58,000 m2 of Coletanche ES4 HFA (High friction Angle) from Axter International and 2.3km of tie in to the existing LLDPE liner using Hyrene Spot ADH membrane and adhesive bond. Ancillary works consisted of installation of protective non woven cushion geotextiles in various critical areas.
